Sony BDP-S350 Blu-ray Player Goes BD Live

bdps550.jpgSony’s first BD Live player is now available - in fact you may already own it.

I see over at EngadgetHD today that Sony has released a new version of firmware for the BDP-S350 player that enables the BD Live functionality in the player.

To be honest I am surprised that this came so early and it bodes well for a successful launch of the BDP-S550 player which should have this capability straight out of the box.

In any case, S350 owners now have a chance to see what BD Live is about.
