Another interesting week with new releases from studios big and small.

Perhaps of most interest, Walt Disney Studios is releasing The Nightmare Before Christmas.

This wonderful film from the imagination of Tim Burton is finally out in High Definition with loads of extras including Digital Copy. A must have in my opinion!

The Nightmare Before Christmas on Blu-ray Disc is only $27.95 at Amazon.

20th Century Fox is focusing on Ashton Kutcher this week with What Happens in Vegas and Dude Where’s My Car, both $27.95 at Amazon.

Universal Studios is releasing Box Sets, starting with Heroes. Heroes: Season 1 is $69.95 at Amazon and Heroes: Season 2 is only $40.95 at Amazon.

Universal Studios is also releasing an Action Starter Pack, ($41.95 at Amazon) which contains End of Days ($20.95), Miami Vice ($19.95) and U-571 ($19.95).

Sony Pictures is releasing the David Mamet film Redbelt - $26.95 at Amazon.

Image Entertainment is releasing The Secret featuring David Duchovny - only $24.95 at Amazon.

Funimation Entertainment is releasing Afro Samurai: Season One - Director’s Cut - $13.95 at Amazon.

BBC / Opus Arte are releasing more Opera this week with Puccini: La Boheme and Verdi: Il Trovatore - both $31.95 at Amazon.

Keeping with the music theme, Rhino Records is releasing Blue Man Group: How to Be a Megastar Live!, at Amazon for $13.95.

Razor Digital is releasing the Discovery Channel documentary Guge: The Lost Kingdom of Tibet, available for $16.95 at Amazon.

Last but not least (well maybe least!), more Uwe Boll in the form of Vivendi Entertainment’s Postal release. If you must, this can be got for $19.95 at Amazon.
