New Samsung Premium Blu-ray Player?

bdp2550.jpgOver at Best Buy they are listing a new Blu-ray player from Samsung.

The BD-P2550 unit appears to be much the same as the 1500, with the addition of 7.1 analog outputs and the Silicon Optix HQV Reon scaling engine.

The unit carries a $100 premium pricing over the current model, coming in at $499.99.

No mention of BD-Live, though it does have the network capability for firmware upgrades and a USB port, so it looks like the hardware is ready.
