Run Fatboy Run Headed to Blu-ray Disc

runfatboyrun.jpgA Blu-ray release that I have been hoping for was listed today.

Warner Home Video will be releasing Run Fat Boy Run on Blu-ray on September 23rd, 2008. After the UK release was coded for Region B only, I was a bit worried that it might not get a US compatible release.

It is also interesting that Amazon is listing the Simon Pegg comedy as a 2 Disc release, noting that a Digital Copy is included. The retail price will be $35.99, pre-order at Amazon for $24.95.

Warner Home Video is also planning to release Christmas Story on November 4th, 2008. I can only assume that this is an update to the regular edition of the film which is already released, timed along side the new Ultimate Collector’s Edition. Retail is set at $28.99, pre-order at Amazon for only $21.99.

Paramount has scheduled the release of The Love Guru for September 16th, 2008. The retail price is $39.99, you can pre-order it at Amazon for only $22.99.Oddly, Amazon already had this listed some time ago - so perhaps the older listing will disappear.
