Warner has added a number of new titles for release on Blu-ray Disc in September.

While it did badly at the box office, Speed Racer might find a second life on DVD and Blu-ray - the release date is 16th September 2008, priced at $35.99 according to DVD Times.

The release appears to be interesting in that it will be a 3 disc set - with the 2nd disc featuring a game and the 3rd featuring the Digital Copy. It will be interesting to see what formats Warner decides to support for Digital Copy.

Also from Warner in September is a set of 5 action titles due on September 2nd at $28.99. The titles are going to be Arnold Schwarzenegger film Eraser, virus movie Outbreak, Steven Seagal in Under Siege 2, and Clint Eastwood films Every Which Way But Loose and Gauntlet.

Will be nice to set Gauntlet next to my Dirty Harry collection.
