I noticed today that quite a few more of the expected Studio Canal Blu-ray Discs have been listed at Amazon France for pre-order. Hopefully these titles will be intended to cover other countries in Europe and feature other language support where the primary language is other than English!

Titles include Paris on September 2nd, as well as La grande vadrouille, Basic Instinct, The Fog, L’auberge espagnole, La haine, The Deer Hunter, The Good Shepherd, Million dollar baby, The Pianist and Les poupées russes - all on September 23rd, 2008.

Studio Canal is a key player in Europe and it is great to see them getting the releases out.

Also Les femmes de l’ombre featuring Sophie Marceau and Julie Depardieu will be released Day and Date with DVD on September 4th, 2008.
