A number of new interesting titles have shown up at Amazon UK.

As per usual it seems, Sony has a whole bunch of releases listed, a number of which have not been announced for the US yet. These titles include Freedomland, Mona Lisa Smile, 21 and Maid In Manhattan from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment on September 8th, 2008 and John Mayer - Where the Light Is from SonyBMG on June 30th, 2008.

We also see Dark City listed from Entertainment in Video on August 4th, 2008 - this is expected in the USA also, though through a different studio (New Line/Warner). Natural Born Killers will also come from Warner Home Video on July 28th, 2008.

Another title already released in the USA is The Usual Suspects from MGM Entertainment on April 9th, 2007 - like the Devil Wears Prada film, Usual Suspects was a fairly early Fox release so it will be interesting to see if this release uses newer codecs or more disc space than the USA version.

We see new listings from Optimum Home Entertainment - Day Of The Dead on September 1st and This Is England from on September 15th, 2008.

Similarly to the German listings recently, there are a number of listings with no information and ‘place holder’ release dates - these include The Football Factory, Downfall and Mercenary for Justice.
