We see over at EngadgetHD that Best Buy has released the Insignia NS-BRDVD, their in-house Blu-ray player.

The player decodes Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD, and 2-channel Dolby TrueHD, outputs at 1080P over HDMI, and has a one year warranty.

At $349.99 it is $50 less expensive than the Playstation 3 - though really if price is the key factor you are probably better off with saving even more and buying a Wal-mart player.

Speaking of Best Buy - they also have a 2-Day Memorial Day Sale for Sunday – Monday, May 25 – 26, Online Only at BestBuy.com. Lots of goodies with free shipping and such - might be worth checking out.
