Warner has announced One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest for Blu-ray on July 15th, 2008. One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest became the first film in 41 years to sweep the major categories of best picture, director, actor, actress and screenplay. Looks like this title will be one of the ‘book’ editions. The retail price will be $34.99, pre-order at Amazon for $23.95.

Paramount has Top Gun coming to Blu-ray on July 29th, 2008. This Tom Cruise movie directed by Tony Scott was one of the titles announced by Paramount in 2007, complete with artwork, only to be dropped when Paramount ceased selling Blu-ray Discs. The retail price will be $29.99, available for pre-order at Amazon for $20.95.
