Amazon UK is running a deal that might be enough to get the importing ‘fence sitters’ to finally grab some tasty foreign titles.

The 3 for 2 deal is available now until April 6th (nice of them to tell us when it ends - Amazon.com never seems to bother!) and if you buy 3 Qualifying Items, you will get the cheapest title free.

The relevant, region free and ‘not yet available in the US’ titles are as follows: Starship Troopers, The Island, Almost Famous, Face/Off, Air Force One, The Tudors Complete BBC Series 1, Starsky and Hutch, Cinderella Man, Bruce Almighty, Welcome to the Jungle (The Rundown), Scary Movie 4, Thirteen Ghosts and The Exorcism Of Emily Rose.

Edit: I decided to take advantage of this offer and placed an order - if you have a US Amazon account it appears that you can log in using it and have all the usual payment and delivery options available to you! Plus they take off the VAT, making the prices around 15% cheaper than the price they list. The shipping was just over 5 quid for the three discs. All in all it was no more difficult than ordering from Amazon.com, except no free shipping.
