The Katherine Heigl comedy 27 Dresses will hit Blu-ray on April 29. The Anne Fletcher-directed romance will be day-and-date with the standard-def DVD, just a few months after the theatrical run.

Technical specifications for the disc include 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround.

Extras include four making-of featurettes (”The Wedding Party,” “You’ll Never Wear That Again,” “Jane’s World,” “The Running of the Brides”), and a collection of four deleted scenes.
