Blu-ray Disc has 73 Percent of HiDef Media Sales Week Ending Feb 17

hmm217.jpgAccording to Home Media Magazine, VideoScan is reporting that Blu-ray Disc had 73% of the market share for the week ending Feb 17.

This brings the year to date market share to 76% and the ’since inception’ market share remains at 65% for Blu-ray Disc.

The top 10 contained 8 Blu-ray titles and 2 HD DVD titles, and was headed up by We Own the Night, Gone Baby Gone and Across the Universe - all of which are Blu-ray exclusive titles.
