WWE Wrestlemania 24 to be Released on Blu-ray

amazon.jpgAmazon is now listing listing WWE Wrestlemania 24 as available for pre-order. This is the first we have heard of a potential Blu-ray release of a title from World Wrestling, though it has been reported that ‘WWE pay-per-view events on Blu-Ray discs are in the works’.

The title has a retail price of $59.95, but Amazon is listing it for only $41.95. The release date is listed as 21 October, 2007 - which is probably an error since Wrestlemania 24 is scheduled to take place on March 30, 2008 at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida. It is most likely 21 October, 2008.
